KiwiSaver First-Home Withdrawal for previous homeowners
In some circumstances, if you have previously owned a home (but no longer have an interest or share in a property), you may be able to access lending through the KiwiSaver ‘First-Home Withdrawal’ scheme. If you’re eligible we can provide advice, and help you apply through your KiwiSaver provider. Housing New Zealand will first need to determine whether you are eligible.
